No return only replacement is available once the order is placed, confirmed, and dispatched.

The order can only be canceled before it is dispatched/shipped. In case of wrong or damaged product received if, upon receiving a cancellation request we will replace/exchange the product. 

In the event of an exchange of a product, any extra difference to be paid will be borne by the customer. Exchange does not apply on accessories bought from our online e-store.
